Privacy and Cookie Policy

This notice explains what happens to your data when you read revolutcasinosonline.com or any of its country editions. The short version: we collect very little, we don't track you around the web, and we don't sell anything about you to anyone. The longer version follows, in plain language.

What We Collect

You can read every page on this site without creating an account, and there is no account to create. We don't ask for your name, date of birth, card details or anything else a casino would need. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us. If you write through the contact page or by email, we get your name or nickname, your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it for one thing: replying to you. It isn't added to a mailing list, and it's deleted once the conversation is finished and there's no reason left to keep it.

Like any website, the site is delivered through a hosting and content delivery provider. To keep the service running and to block abuse, that provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. We don't use this data to identify you, build a profile or target advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Many sites use them to remember logins, count visitors or follow you with adverts. This site sets none of those. We run no analytics service, no advertising cookies and no social media pixels, and we don't store identifiers in your browser's local storage either. That's also why you won't see a cookie consent banner here: there's nothing for you to consent to.

Things change once you leave our pages. When you click a link to a casino, you may pass through a partner's tracking link before you reach the casino's site. That partner and the casino can set their own cookies, mainly to record that you arrived from our site so a commission can be attributed if you sign up. Those cookies are governed by their privacy policies, not this one. You can see and delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, block third-party cookies entirely, or use a private window, and none of that will stop our pages from working.

Why We Process Data

When you contact us, we process your message on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering it, or to take steps you've asked for. Technical data handled by the hosting provider is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. We don't process special category data, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Sharing and International Transfers

We don't sell, rent or trade personal data. Your email may pass through our email provider and the site's traffic through the hosting provider, both of which act on our instructions. Where these services operate outside the UK or the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, and under the EU GDPR for readers of our European editions, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to edward@revolutcasinosonline.com and we'll answer within one month. If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Security and Children

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to the few messages we hold is limited to the person who answers them. The site is meant for adults only. We don't knowingly receive data from anyone under 18, and if a minor contacts us, we delete the message.

Changes to This Notice

If the way we handle data changes, for example if we ever added an analytics tool, this page will be updated before that happens and the cookie section will say exactly what's new. The version published here is always the current one.
